Chairs and tables for event rental
Rental chairs are loaded, driven, set up and stacked again every weekend. They must stack or fold, travel well and still match after the hundredth event. Here is what to check, and what we make for rental fleets.
What a rental fleet needs
- Ask the three numbers
- Stacking or folding decides how much fits in your warehouse and your van. For the exact model, ask how many chairs go in one stack, on one trolley and in one van. Banquet chairs guide
- Plan by the table
- A 152 cm round table seats about 8 guests, a 183 cm round about 10. Banquets need about 0.9 to 1.0 m² per guest. Event planner
- One finish for the whole fleet
- Our banquet chairs come in 8 frame finishes: Green Gold, Red Gold, Silver, White, Black, Mahogany, Natural and Lime wash. Pick one and every chair matches at every event.
- Protect what travels
- Seat pads get dirty in transport. We make two seat-pad bags (one with a window to see what is inside), trolleys for stacking and for folding chairs, and a chair cover for the Maximus chair.
- Measure the chair, not the name
- "Chiavari" is a style, not a size. Our Chivari UK and Chivari USA chairs are both 41 cm wide with a 51 cm seat. Other makers differ, so check the width before you plan rows.
